Charles Deogratius
Charles Deogratius is the Founder and Executive Director of WAYADS. Over the past 5 years, He has championed gender equality, girls’ and women’s empowerment and the right of women, girls, and children to Education and Health. Within WAYDS, Mr. Charles has been working also as Expert of STEM-related subjects amd courses learning for girls and women in Marginalized and Underserved communities in Tanzania.
Dr Yudas L Ndungile
Dr Yudas L Ndungile (MD, MPH) Currently working as a Region Medical Officer at Shinyanga region and a Board member of the Shinyanga regional referal Hospital. He has more than 15 years Experiencing in managing Health System and Health Service Delivery in Different Local Government Authorities in Tanzania. Moreover, apart of being a board member of WAYDS, he is a Board of trustee of the Muhimbili National Hospital.
